On 9 November, Professor Nancy. P, president of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and Professor Chen Yu, deputy director of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Institute of Brain Science, visited Guangzhou Medical University (GMU). Prof Zhao Xincun, president of the GMU, along with other university leadership, met with the guests. During the meeting, the two universities signed the Memorandum of understanding.
